About Ganesh Chaturthi: The festival is celebrated with great enthusiasm across India among Hindus at home, temples and other public places like colorful pandals. It is a 10 day religious festival and the Ganesha Statue is immersed in water (visarjan) after the 10th day of the pooja celebration.
